These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pernovora ("Service"), an AI technology company providing private AI models and intelligent conversation systems via API and related products at pernovora.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Pernovora provides access to private AI models, conversation intelligence, and AI agent capabilities through credit-based API usage. The Service is designed for digital businesses, independent creators, and online entrepreneurs who need context-aware, multi-platform conversation systems.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. AI Credits — Purchase and Use

The Service is offered through prepaid AI Credit packs. Credits are consumed when you use AI inference and related API features. Prices and pack details are listed on the Pricing page and may change. Credits are non-transferable unless we state otherwise. Unused credits remain in your account subject to these Terms.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase if the purchased AI Credits have not been used. Once credits have been consumed, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of verified billing error or duplicate charge. 5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or API
• Circumvent usage limits, credit metering, or security controls
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Use outputs in ways that violate applicable laws or the rules of digital platforms you connect

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT API OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC USE CASE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERNOVORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
