• Requested within 7 days of purchase
• Credits have not been used

Partial Refund

• Requested within 7 days of purchase
• Credits have been partially used
• Refund amount = unused Credits proportion of purchase price

No Refund

• Request made after 7 days of purchase
• All Credits have been used
• Account terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or abusive activity detected

• Order ID
• Purchase date
• Reason for refund
• Amount of unused Credits

4. Processing Time

• Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
